DEVELOPMENTAL MINISTRY TRAINING
The training course is designed to train Interns as the Holy Spirit trained Frank and I. The Developmental Ministry Training is not a counseling model but rather an effective discipling model to experience healing and freedom from the past and develop true maturity in Christ and be empowered to fulfill the dream God has put in each of our hearts. Our mandate is to equip...empower... and release.
Teaching is focused on understanding the formation of the human personality in a developmental process. Every stage of development is explored in detail with particular attention to the specific developmental needs a person has at each stage and the effects in later life when those needs are or are not met. Attention is given to the effect in adult life of wounding or traumatic experiences in childhood, the effect of generational inheritances and other negative experiences. Most important is the study of the integration of human development and supernatural healing. We are healed and set free by re-experiencing the events with Jesus the way the Father intended it to be. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are set free from the negative effects of childhood experiences. Healing, restoration, true maturity and ultimately transformation to empower the person to fulfill God's plan and purpose for their life.
Empowerment comes through experience. Each intern will be meeting in small groups to receive ministry for the wounds of their early life at each stage of development. The small group practice will give opportunity for the interns to minister to others and practice what they have learned and receive input and encouragement to develop in their skillfulness. You cannot give what you have not received.
Interns trained are prayed for and released by the laying on of hands to make use of the training as the Lord leads them in the calling on their lives.
All interns are selected through an application process. It is a basic requirement for all interns to have attended at least one Healing Your Past Realasing Your Future conference or seminar before starting the training. The training involves four long weekends over a one year period. Interns must commit to the whole training to be accepted. Fees and accommodation costs are communicated at the time of acceptance.
